Positive Posters is an international poster design competition that aims to use graphic design to help people. In 2009, we bill postered over 3,500 prints of the winning poster in Melbourne, Australia, in the hope that it would make people smile a bit more. It worked. :)
The 2010 competition is now open for submission. This year’s theme is, "A Glass Half Full." Positive Posters gives designers the opportunity to contribute socially responsible design in a platform that actually reaches out and connects with the wider community.
Positive Posters is an international competition, open to everyone and is free to enter. Only one entry per competition is permitted.
In addition to over 3,500 prints of the winning poster in city streets, the winner will also receive Adobe CS5, Wacom Intuos 4 Tablet, IdN Magazine Feature article and Subscription, Pantone Colour Bridge, Spook Mag Subscription and a Keep Cup.
Deadline: September 10, 2010
