My last post for baseball of the year. Atlanta Braves just ended their final game of the post season division series. Good play, warriors! Im officially a die-hard Braves fan.

SF Giants did a good job too. Brilliant defense. lots of breath taking moments. Trash the Phillies, Giants! make yourself the best rival for Braves!

Braves's manager, Bobby Cox officially retires after this season. Age 69, 18 years as a baseball player and 25 years of commitment in managing the Braves, Thanks Bobby!

Bobby Cox ejected by the umpire during the last game with the Phillies.

Bobby was interviewed after the game. When he was asked what would he do as a no-longer-manager after his retirement, he had a long pause. Not knowing what to do other than spending more times with his family.

I mean when someone committed himself in one thing ( in this case, its baseball) for almost 50 years, he definitely feel a huge sense of lost...at least i feel so. Well, ask anyone around the world; how many people can actually spend half a decade of their life in just one thng?

Braves, full of "casualties" during coming of the end of the season. Did they pushed themselves too hard or what? Injury cases never stop. The "leftovers" playing in the rest of the post-season were not doing very good. The dugout did not had enough healthy players left to back the regulars up. Errors became inevitable. They were just too tired.

Atlanta Braves had the most numbers of errors during the post-season I guess. And I admit, they are not very good defenders as compared to the Giants.

Lets talk about my favourite player!

Brian McCann, 26
Position: catcher
Love: Baseball, his wife, dogs(see the way he carries his dogs around)

Like I said, catcher is always one of my fave roles in baseball. I dont know why. Liked Victor Martinez, who is also a catcher, from Boston Red Sox previously. Brian had a solo homerun an hour ago with the Giants. Tied the game at first. Real all-time best hitter
in the National League.

Brian with the Kids!

He definitely looks like a 26 without his beard. This shot was taken a couple of years back I guess.

To conclude before I end this. Baseball became my favourite sports a couple of years ago, though I never get to play it in my life. I cant explain the thrill of it through words, nobody can understand. You got to feel it and watch it yourself. Im posting this probably just to satisfy myself. I dont care if no one reads.

Friends had described baseball as just like golf. Well, I dont understand the fun of it, I admit. But at least I know the glory behind every hit.
